Founded in 1908, Presbyterian Health provides the residents of New Mexico with a system of hospitals, medical groups, and statewide health plans. After a major brand overhaul, PHS.com was rebuilt from the ground up. The long neglected site had become an sprawl of disorganization and unmanaged content contribution within the previous CMS. Key goals included:
• A complete redesign with new PHS branding
• Broader adoption of website tools: find a doctor, location, and health plan
• Urgent Care Wait Times App
• Improved paths for job seekers, doctors, employers, and philanthropists
• Design to highlight culture and topography of New Mexico
